My partner and I stayed at this lovely hotel for a few days to explore the charming old town of Bergamo. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had a comfortable stay. The room was spotlessly clean with a cozy bed and an abundance of pillows. We enjoyed the breakfast, which had a great range of options including vegan and gluten-free items. The hotel's location afforded us a beautiful view of the old town, exactly what we had hoped for. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Our room was spotless and had all the essentials - a shower, hairdryer, and a bidet. It had a view of the courtyard, which added an extra touch to the stay. the location was fantastic, making it easy to reach all the places we wanted to visit.

Great location, close to the train station and the upper town. The breakfast had a good variety of food options. The room was cozy and warm, with a balcony and comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting with taxi arrangements. The hotel offered complimentary amenities like water, toiletries, and tea/coffee. The free umbrellas and good wifi were also a plus.
Nothing negative to mention. The experience was overall very good, from the cleanliness of the room to the excellent breakfast selection.
